Why is the "Integral Approach" so important? Who is in charge in a coaching session?

The "Integral Approach" is not designed to direct people in how to live their lives. Rather, it allows them to be integrally informed. This points out how actions we take in one area of life often have effects in other areas of our lives.

Lets say for instance that you decide to increase your wealth by 20 percent. To achieve this you decide to work 20 percent longer each day. That 20 percent reduction in your free time may have far reaching effects.

It may allow less time with your family in the lower left quadrant. Conversely, it may allow you less time to do physical activity effecting your health in the upper right quadrant. This strain may also interfere with your emotional well being in the upper left quadrant and so on.

Your coach is trained to observe these types of anomalies and to point them out to you if and when they occur.

As your coaching alliance grows over time your coach may notice areas of your life, which seem out of balance. His gently prodding will allow you to discover these areas and to take corrective measures as you see fit. Remember that the client is always in charge, and may choose to accept or reject any observations his coach makes.

The coaching relationship is in large part established during the intake session at the beginning. This is when the coach and client discuss the working relationship they will have. It is also at this early stage when the coach and client will likely determine if they are right for each other. Consequently, the initial session is always free.

Should we mutually determine a coaching alliance would be favorable we would then arrange for the remaining nine coaching sessions.

What is my Daemon? Is that some sort of "demonic thing" or what?

Actually, the Daemon (also referred to as the Souls Code) is exactly the opposite of a "demonic thing". In ancient mythology, an angel who was unable to manifest his Daemon, was considered to be a demon.

"Daemon work" will allow you to discover who you are at the deepest level.

In some cases people are fortunate enough to know with laser like precision, exactly where they are going in their lives. For those of us who may not be as certain about our path in life "Daemon Work" allows us to effectively pursue what makes us tick at the deepest level.

Should you already know exactly who and what you are, coaching will allow you to go toward your well-formed outcomes with much greater precision and efficiency.
